Yahya bin Isa[1] was a President of the Landsraad who governed the Corrino Imperium as regent in 1134–1145 AG. Yahya was appointed as regent after the reign of Josif I, and governed the Imperium until the accession of Josif's cousin Ezhar II in 1145.[1]
