Theodor Pištěk (25 october 1932- ) is a Czech painter, concept artist, costume designer and set designer. Pištěk has worked as a concept artist and designer in costume and set design for threatrical, film and television productions for decades, both domestically in his native Czechoslovakia and Czech Republic, and on a number of foreign co-productions. He is the son of notable Czech actor Theodor Pištěk Sr. (born 1895) and is also a former race car driver.
Pištěk designed the clothing, costumes and armour for the Sci-Fi Channel miniseries Frank Herbert's Dune (2000) and its sequel, Frank Herbert's Children of Dune (2003). Both were co-produced at Barrandov Film Studios in Prague.
