Major flaw[]
There is one major flaw with the idea of stillsuit; how exactly it prevent wearer from fatal overheating? By trapping the sweat, it essentially reduced the natural cooling greatly. Stillsuit-wearing person would most likely die from heat stroke much faster than from lack of water.
