Article has tons of Expanded Dune references, firstly the wrong birthdate for Shaddam. It really needs to be cleaned up. Therefore, if you see certain details disappear, do not be surprised. Piter de Vries wasn't responsible for Anirul's death in Original Dune. Just one of the many inaccuracies I see with this ORIGINAL DUNE wiki entry. --Rookwood 23:23, April 6, 2010 (UTC)
- It also says "Shaddam Corrino IV died in year 10202 AG at the age of 68", while the Irulan Corrino article cites this excerpt from Irulan's diary (what's the source on that?): "My father was 71 years old at the time and looking no older than [Leto]" --Tobiasvl 11:37, September 4, 2010 (UTC)
- Ah, I see that some age inconsistencies (albeit not Shaddam's) are noted in Irulan's article. --Tobiasvl 11:54, September 4, 2010 (UTC)
Shaddam's age?[]
The content of this article seems to contradict what's written in the original Dune novel. On multiple occasions, Irulan's in-universe notes indicate that Shaddam lived into his seventies, and was 72 in 10,191 (the year Duke Leto Atreides I died). That would place Shaddam's birth year as 10,119, not 10,134. ArsArcanorum (talk) 23:54, 24 October 2021 (UTC)
