Emperor Shaddam I[1] twice reigned as Emperor of the Known Universe, in 482–548 AG and in 549–553 AG. He succeeded his father Corrin II as ruler of the Corrino Imperium.[1]
Shaddam was deposed in 548 by his cousin, Villish Saluso IV, but regained the throne in 549. In Shaddam's second reign, the government was led by Harmon I al-Qair as regent. Shaddam was succeeded in 553 by his son Ezhar I Palaigodes.[1]
