Biography[]
Shaddam Corrino IV took became the Padishah Emperor in the year 10134 AG. In the year 10191 AG, he appointed Duke Leto Atreides as the planetary governor of Arrakis and double-crossed him, allowing him to be killed by Baron Vladimir Harkonnen. However, Leto's concubine Jessica and son Paul survived the attack and escaped into the deep desert.[1]
