"Most of the Imperium's history lies ahead of us. But mark my words: I will be remembered."
Emperor Salvador Corrino's coronation speech[src]

Salvador Corrino (52 BG - 3 BG) was the third Corrino Emperor, who was succeeded by his younger half-brother, Roderick Corrino.

He was born on Salusa Secundus to then-Emperor Jules Corrino and one of his concubines, who tried to kill him once he ended her services.

Roderick advised his brother Salvador not to go to Arrakis but he insisted it was important for the sake of appearances. Josef Venport lures Salvador and his entourage aboard a spice harvester and paid the spotters to delay announcing of any wormsign until it was too late. Venport had sabotaged the engines on Salvador's shuttle, rendering it unable to escape. Josef then escapes on a small flyer and contacts Salvador to reveal his plan just before a giant sandworm attack which destroys the emperor's shuttle and the mobile spice factory
