Rincon was a member of a Landsraad tribunal during Duke Leto Atreides I Trial by Forfeiture in 10,156 AG, and was the leader of House Fazeel.
While trying to ascertain the acquittal or guilty voting patterns of the sitting magistrates, Leto's attorneys, Clere Ruitt and Bruda Viol ascertained that Rincon may have been susceptible to bribery. Leto forbade his defense team from bribing any of the sitting magistrates, which caused Bruitt and Viol to believe that Leto was very naive' about Landsraad politics.
