Rhengalid was the Zenshiite elder of the planet IV Anbus.
During the assault of Omnius on the planet, the Butlerian Jihad attempted to protect the Zenshiites living there. However Rhengalid, true to the Zenshiite teachings, refused to support the Jihadis, bringing grave problems to Xavier Harkonnen.
