Reenol was a planet that was captured by the Honored Matres at some time before the death of the Great Honored Matre called Dama.
Behind the Scenes[]
- Reenol, along with Kronin were first mentioned in The Dune Encyclopedia and included in Chapterhouse: Dune later. Despite Expanded Dune considering the Encyclopedia to be non-canon, Reenol was mentioned in Dune: House Corrino, the only reference, albeit accidental, to the Encyclopedia in the Expanded Dune books other than Gilbertus Albans
