Mord Cour was a renowned Swordmaster and a member of the ruling council of planet Ginaz.
Cour was the favorite Swordmaster of Emperor Elrood Corrino IX, and after the former's death, he returned to Ginaz, where he occupied a seat among the ruling council of the planet, where the Swordmasters' School laid. He was one of the Swordmasters, along with Rivvy Dinari, who protested against the criminal actions of Viscount Hundro Moritani towards House Ecaz. The old Swordmaster defended the planet during the Grumman raid, which left a permanent wound on the Swordmasters' honor.
