The twins were performing as part of a troupe of jongleurs in an opera on Giedi Prime when one of the props malfunctioned and killed a guest of Baron Vladimir Harkonnen. They were detained and placed in the slave pens while their troupe was paid off.[1]
Awakening[]
The twins were later chosen to compete in the Harkonnen Family Games alongside Amado Delsin, Hollow Tom, Kaylen Shiff, an unnamed Fremen, the Grey Lady, Poyko Nen and Kanto. They were placed in the Grand Arena, which had been made into a labyrinth. Once the competition began, they scaled the Serpent Spire, which would allow them to survey the entire labyrinth. The sister fell, hitting several jagged rocks on the way down, with her brother rushing to her side. They were approached by Delsin, who attacked the brother. The sister had faked her injuries and attacked Delsin from behind. The twins outmanouvered the pirate and killed him.
Scaling the walls, the twins cut off the Fremen's path as he was about to reach Nen. He attacked with his crysknife, proving a formidable opponent even against their acrobatic skills. As he was about to finish them off, they made a quick escape over the wall where he could not follow. The twins later cornered the Grey Lady, who used the Voice to order them to kill each other.[1]
