Michel Seydoux (born 11 September, 1947) is a French businessman and film producer.

He formed a friendship with Alejandro Jodorowsky after acquiring French distribution of his film El Topo. He distributed Jodorowsky's next film, The Holy Mountain, and after the film's success he offered to make another film with Jodorowsky, giving him complete freedom to create whatever he wanted. Jodorowsky replied that he wanted to adapt Dune, to which Seydoux agreed.

Seydoux and Jodorowsky purchased the rights to the novel and set plans in place. Their plans were ambitious, assembling a an all-star cast and crew, but the film failed to obtain financing and was cancelled.

He is interviewed in the documentary Jodorowsky's Dune, in which he discusses his experience of attempting the bring the film to the screen and the influence that it has had on popular culture. During the making of the documentary, he reconnected with Jodorowsky and they collaborated for the first time in 35 years on The Dance of Reality.
