Mentat Kolinar Koltrass was the aged and experienced House Atreides Mentat at the time of the Battle for Dune. Koltrass was responsible for breifing Atreides commanders on their missions and made sure to emphasize just how important it was that the Atreides stop the Ordos and Harkonnen from taking Dune.[1]
