Jocasta Cleo was a sister of the Bene Gesserit.

Jocasta Cleo was approached by the Prisoner in Harko Village. She offered to train them in the ways of the Bene Gesserit. She tells them that she has a task for them in which they must help her research a theory she intended to prove regarding the study of early Fremen bloodlines. She explained that the Bene Gesserit had been studying the Fremen for thousands of years and knew that the Ichwan Bedwine encoded important ancestral data within their holy writings, which she instructed them to locate in the old religious sites.[1]
