Jeb Dolan was a character in Death on the Titan.

Jeb Dolan was the communications specialist on the Sand Titan. He was assigned to the shigawire hut, where he was tasked with decoding messages. He was mysteriously absent on the night of crew chief Jarrick Thorne's death and provided a weak alibi, claiming that he was unabel to decipher the minimic film messages that were sent to Thorne by House Atreides.[1]
