Jaxson Aru was the son of CHOAM Ur-Director Malina Aru and a key figure of the Noble Commonwealth, who led a more radical faction that rejected Malina's gradual long-term vision and instead mounted an open rebellion after the desecration of the Aru family holdings on Otorio, committing many acts of sabotage against Padishah Emperor Shaddam Corrino IV towards the end of his reign, beginning with an attack on Otorio itself during the celebrations. Shaddam issued a proclamation that declared Jaxson an outlaw and placed a huge price on his head, the largest Imperial bounty in the historical record. Though many in the Landsraad were receptive to his cause, his galactic-wide rebellion ultimately failed.
