Janet Roxbrough was a Bene Gesserit Reverend Mother and the mother of the legendary Supreme Bashar Miles Teg and his brother Sabine.

Janet was paired with Loschy Teg, a minor functionary of CHOAM, by the Sisterhood about a century before the return of the Honored Matres. The match was made as part of the wider Bene Gesserit breeding program.

After her marriage Janet and Loschy lived on Lernaeus with their two sons. There she secretly trained the young Miles in some of the Bene Gesserit ways, including Voice, before he moved to Lampadas for his official training.
