He was born poor in Niubbe and managed to get his medical degree. He lived without drink or drugs or the spice melange.
When the Omnius Scourge hit the planet, he joined the forces of the Hospital for Incurable Diseases but was soon hit by the virus; he fell in a comma and died two days later in Ward Five.
