Dr. Hundri Arbar [a. 150 BG - 108 BG] was a doctor of Parmentier.
He was born poor in Niubbe and managed to get his medical degree. He lived without drink or drugs.
When the Omnius Scourge hit the planet, he joined the forces of the Hospital for Incurable Diseases. While the doctors consumed spice melange to be able to endure their obligations, he refused to follow the custom. That was the reason why he was soon hit by the virus; he fell in a comma and died two days later in Ward Five.
However this event made Raquella Berto-Anirul to notice the effects of spice on the disease.
