The Humanities Medical Commission (often abbreviated to just HuMed) was founded by the League of Nobles after the Omnius Scourge, to replace the Jihad Medical Commission. The first two leaders were Raquella Berto-Anirul and Mohandas Suk. It was they, through the Commission, that combated the Rossak Epidemic: the re-emergence of the Scourge on Rossak.
