House Maros was a Great House in the Imperium. They were granted the planet of Poritrin by Elrood V in 1487 AG and it was their homeworld for 3005 years. In 4492 AG the planet was taken from them and given to the House Alexin after their homeplanet was made uninhabitable by Atomics. The two houses participated a War of Assassins which ended in 6723 AG in the only known mutual surrender between two houses in a war.
