Hosten Fru was a Senator of Hagal.
Fru was actually one of Ginjo's secret allies. A seemingly incompetent politician, he attempted to block League businesses with inane problems such as the issue of the glowglobes' royalties between VenKee Enterprises and Poritrin in the League Parliamentary Assembly.
This made the government appear ineffectual and incapable, and more decisions were relegated to the Jihad Council, controlled by Ginjo.
