The Hospital for Incurable Diseases was a medical facility in the city Niubbe on Parmentier, administrated by doctors Mohandas Suk and Raquella Berto-Anirul during the Omnius Scourge.
A team of 22 doctors gathered from around the city gathered to taint the diseased population. Soon three of them had died of the Scourge, four were recovering but still incapacitated, and two more were showing the unmistakable first-stage signs of the virus. The doctors made use of melange which helped them stand the fatigue. Unbeknown to them, the melange also partially immunized their bodies against the Scourge.
It was there where Vorian Atreides first met with Raquella, his granddaughter.
The facility was destroyed during a raid of the Martyrists who entered and broke all machinery. The patients were doomed to die there.
