Harilan was Duke of Iasi, perhaps a member of House Iasi, and regent to the fifth rule of Alman VIII. He is recorded as the 157th ruler of the Imperium.
In 4381 AG Alman VIII and Harilan were deposed from the throne perhaps by the rebels which led to the First Republic.
