Frigo Bludd was a ruler of Poritrin.
He was famous for draining a river and its waterfall, diverting them for his resource reclamation projects for Starda's agricultural needs.
He was an ancestor of Niko Bludd. His figure was commemorated on the mosaic build on the canyon wall of the Isana river.
