The Factory Commissioner was the leader of the weapons industries and starship production foundries on and above the planet Richese.
During the advent of Kralizec, Mother Commander Murbella met with the Factory Commissioner on Richese to order weapons and ships on a massive scale as she prepared the New Sisterhood and humanity for the great onslught that was to come from the Outside Enemy.
Eight years later, with the starship fleet nearly completed, with massive quantities of weapons and other armnaments, about to be delivered to Murbella's forces, Richese was completely destroyed by the rebel Honored Matres leader, Matre Superior Hellica. Hellica and her Matres fleet attacked Richese with Obliterator weapons, and killed billions on and surrounding the planet, including probably, the Factory Commissioner.
