Esmar Tuek was a smuggler and the father of Elara Tuek.

Background[]
Esmar Tuek always bought his daughter Elara kittens during her childhood, which he imported from offworld at great expense. However, the environment on Arrakis was inhospitable for the kittens and they always died.[1]
Awakening[]
Elara began working for her father as an adult. She was asked by the Prisoner what he did, and she replied that it was a little bit of everything they could imagine. She told them that if they lived long enough, they might get to know him.[1]
