Dune: Part Two is a forthcoming movie adaption of Frank Herbert's original novel and a sequel to Dune. It will adapt the second half of the novel.
Rumors of a sequel spread quickly after the premiere of the first part, however the sequel did not receive confirmation that it had been greenlit until October 26, 2021. The movie is set for release in 2023.[1]
The film will be directed by Denis Villeneuve, from a script by Jon Spaihts, Denis Villeneuve, produced by Legendary Entertainment, and distributed by Warner Bros.
