- "All you need to know is I'm the sole surviving officer of Harvester AD-242. My sworn duty is to ensure anyone left in my crew gets home in one piece. If you want to know anything more than that, it'll have to wait until after. You can find me at the Salusan Bull. The first round's on me."
- ―Drangh to the Prisoner[src]
Lieutenant Drangh was a crew member of the Mithra.
Biography[]
Background[]
Drangh was stationed on the Mithra when it was shot down in Hagga Basin. She survived alongside Chief Hanso and Quartermaster Nasher Hix, but they were left stranded and surrounded by outlaws. Some scouting reports stated the outlaws to be slavers while others reported them as Kirab. The crew's comms unit was hit by a stray bullet, leaving them with no way of calling for rescue.[1]
Awakening[]
Drangh was approached by the Prisoner and warned them that she had two marksmen covering her from the rocks, demanding that they identify themself. They told her that they had come to help and she thanked them for their assistance. They explained the situation and the roles of the carriers, the drivers and the Spice Crew. She told them of the damanged comms unit and instructed them to consult Hanso for aid in getting it back online. She then told them that the ship's cargo had been scattered in the crash and that they would need to recover a blue-lattice kyanite crystal, a Torson soundshifter and a twin-polarity microfram, but would need to kill any Kirab who interfered. Once the parts were found, she instructed them to repair the relay beacon they had deployed at a high point in the rocks. However, the distress signal went dead while they were doing this, requiring them to travel through the wreck and activate the comms system's auxiliary power.[1]
