Corrin quasi-nebula is a formation near the planet Corrin in the Sigma Draconis system, to which owes its name.
It is the result of the collision (c. 250 BG) of a huge planetoid with the substellar companion of Sigma Draconis, perhaps caused by an illicit mining and smelting operation.
It comprises dust, solid bodies and hot gases that form a debris that fill the system.
It was the place of the Battle of Corrin and was still in a highly agitated state at that time, that cause the battle to be so long lasting (two hours).
