Celestial Transport was an interspace shipping company owned by owned by Arjen Gates. They were a competitor of VenHold enterprises and EsconTran in the early years of the Imperium. They did not have the benefit of Navigators for spacefold travel and relied upon FTL drives.
Celestial was to the first transport company to discover the Thonaris Shipyards and had utilized them to a limited extent before VenHold Transport sent a fleet of armed transports to overtake and consolidate the operations there. Arjen Gates was captured by Josef Venport and was put to death in the vacuum of space by Venport's orders.
