The God Emperor Leto Atreides II was assassinated in 13728 AG on Rakis by his loyal Fish Speaker servant Nayla, a ghola of Duncan Idaho and the rebel leader Siona Atreides. Leto and his entourage were traveling to his and Hwi Noree's wedding destination, crossing the Idaho river, when suddenly the bridge's support structures were destroyed by a lasgun. Nayla was ordered by Leto to obey every command from Siona and ultimately it was her who destroyed the bridge on which her lord was traversing on. When Leto plunged to the river that was fatal to his worm body, did also his spouse Hwi and Siona's father Moneo Atreides meet their fates.
