After Raquella's death, Valya decided to show Kasha, Francesca, and Tula Anirul, who housed the breeding index. They consulted with her to find the match that would be most advantageous for the Sisterhood. She brought up Javicco Corrino as the father and Natalya Arat as the mother. Valya then had Kasha and Francesca leave so she could show Tula her baby's genetics, which showed that he could shape the trajectory of the world.[1]
Unable to let Lila go, Tula hooked Lila up to Anirul to keep her alive in the storeroom. She had Anirul run diagnostics. When Anirul gave her Lila's vitals, Tula told Anirul to administer spice. Then she further ordered Anirul to keep Lila alive.[2]
When Tula received the blood sample from Valya from Desmond Hart, she gave it to Anirul to run. Tula was shocked when she identified him as being Atreides and Harkonnen and finally identified him as the son of Tula and Orry.[3]
Tula told Anirul about the virus and said she wanted to figure out how Desmond triggered it so she could disarm him. Anirul suggested eliminating him as a solution, but Tula refused because he was her son. Later, Dorotea, occupying Lila's body, destroyed Anirul, wanting to return the Sisterhood so its path.<ref name=1x06</ref>
